1. Refund Eligibility

We are happy to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Incorrect Product: If the wrong item was shipped (wrong size, color, quantity, or SKU/variant).
  • Defective Product: If you receive a defective product when opening the package.
  • Shipping Delays: If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery time:
    • USA, Canada, and Australia: Over 40 calendar days from the shipping date.

2. Refunds and Returns We Do Not Accept

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • Size/Color/Design Issues: If the product does not fit well, or if you do not like the color, design, or functionality of the item.
  • Non-Defective Products: If the product is not damaged but has poor quality or is not to your liking.
  • Incorrect Shipping Information: If the address, name, or phone number provided is incorrect and the package cannot be delivered.
  • Undelivered Package: If tracking shows the order was delivered, but you claim you did not receive it, and the courier provides Proof of Delivery (POD).
  • Package Not Picked Up: If the package was delivered to a local retail outlet or pack station, and you did not pick it up within the allowed storage period, causing the package to be returned.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Incorrect Products or Defects: If the return or replacement is due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Customer Errors: If the return or replacement is due to an error on the customer’s part (e.g., wrong size choice, incorrect address), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Processing Refunds

  • The refund will be processed based on the invoice amount, including the shipping cost. Please note that we do not refund the retail price listed on our store or any additional charges.
  • If a returned package needs to be re-shipped, the cost of reshipping will be €7 per package.

5. How to Request a Refund or Return

  • Please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund.
  • You must provide sufficient proof of the issue (e.g., photos of the defective product, incorrect item, or packaging) to help us process your refund or replacement.

6. Refund Timeframe

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14-30 business days. This includes time for return shipping and processing.


7. Exceptions

Some items may be non-returnable or non-refundable due to the nature of the product. Please contact us before returning any items to confirm the eligibility for a return.
